Paddy Kutz


Paddy Kutz is the Executive Director of Mental Health America of Licking County and has been with the agency since March 1981. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and taught secondary education in Illinois and Mississippi before moving to Belfast, Northern Ireland for four and a half years.

Paddy is Past President of the 20th Century Club, is Past President of Newark Kiwanis Club, is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Ohio State University - Newark campus, received the 1994 Woman of Achievement Award, Associate Member of Twig 14, sits on the Human Relations Commission for the City of Newark, former member of the Licking County Jail Ministries Board, is a graduate of Leadership Tomorrow, is Past President of the American Society of Mental Health Association Professionals and received the National Mental Health Association Staff of the Year Award in 1996, received the 2001 NAACP Human & Civil Rights Award, the 2001 Rotary 4-Way Test Award, the 1983 Service to Mankind Award, the 2002 Cy Ransopher Mental Health Vision Award, and a Veterans Appreciation Award 2006. Mrs. Kutz and her husband David have four children, 6 grandchildren, and reside in Newark, Ohio
